Yes. Flunkey is free and MIT open-source. You only pay your own voice/AI provider usage (Groq, OpenAI, Gemini, or OpenRouter) if those providers bill you.
Windows 10/11 64-bit, a microphone, and WebView2 (preinstalled on most systems). Cloud API keys are optional if you use on-device Whisper and local Ollama.
Not if you choose local options: on-device Whisper for speech transcription and Ollama for AI tasks. Cloud providers such as Groq, OpenAI, Gemini, or OpenRouter need your own key and may charge for usage.
